The new land sea channel in western China is of great significance in promoting the high-level opening up of Western China. The General Administration of Customs recently released 15 key measures (hereinafter referred to as "15 measures") focusing on four aspects: smooth logistics, assistance in opening up, cultivation of industries, and optimization of the environment, in order to better support the construction of the new land sea channel in the western region. The third is to better serve the development of economic and trade industries along the route. The "15" support the western land sea new channel to transform the advantages of logistics and open channels into the advantages of economic and trade industry development.
