Our army is armed with guns and poles, and is an armed group that carries out the political tasks of the Party. Loyalty to the Party must be unique, thorough, unconditional, without any impurities, and without any moisture. The key to absolute loyalty to the party lies in the word "absolute", ensuring that the gun barrel is always in the hands of those who are loyal and reliable to the party. All officers and men in the army have a deep understanding of the decisive significance of the "Two Establishes and Two Safeguards".
