Cases are an important "rule of law product" of people's courts. Authoritative and standardized cases can unify the judgment scale, promote legal application, improve the quality and efficiency of handling cases, and enhance the people's sense of fairness and justice. How to implement the deployment and arrangement of the National Justice Seminar on strengthening the supervision and guidance of higher courts? How to use case coordination management as a starting point to effectively "focus on the front end and prevent diseases"? However, due to inadequate coordination and classification management, the effectiveness of the case has been affected to some extent. In response to these issues, the Supreme People's Court Party Group has decided to conduct research and rectification in conjunction with thematic education, coordinate case management, and build a case library of the People's Court. The People's Court Case Library is a case resource library used for querying and retrieving similar cases, which can assist in judicial trials, unify judgment standards, prevent "different judgments for similar cases", collect and screen cases, timely discover and correct problems in judicial trial work, and fulfill the requirements of strengthening supervision and guidance. At the same time, it is convenient for the people to learn legal regulations and clarify behavioral rules through case studies, promoting the front-end resolution of conflicts and disputes, and achieving the effect of "publishing a case, educating a whole". Playing the guiding role of typical cases is a long-term project, and building a case library is only the first step. In the future, we need to continue to focus on it, be practical, and achieve results. Each business division of the Supreme Court is responsible for writing according to standards, and the research room is responsible for unified review and entry. The judgment rules reflected in the case should be objective and accurate, able to solve difficult and complex problems in the application of law, and clarify the rules of legal application for issues of widespread concern to society.
