The first China Russia Library Forum was successfully held in Moscow from the 24th to the 25th, with over a hundred representatives from the library communities of China and Russia attending. The forum was jointly supported by the Ministry of Culture of Culture of Russia and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, and hosted by the Russian National Library. Representatives of the Chinese Embassy in Russia, the Ministry of Culture of Culture of Russia, the Russia China Friendship Association, the Russian Academy of Sciences and the libraries of China and Russia attended the opening ceremony of the forum. Melnikov, First Vice President of the Russian State Duma and President of the Russia China Friendship Association, Liubimova, Minister of Culture of Russia, and Ludenko, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, respectively sent congratulatory letters to the Forum.
