In Kabada Village, Lualaba Province Province, in the southeast of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, there is an industrial technical school with complete facilities and first-class school running conditions. The construction of Kabada Community Industrial Technology School was started in October 2021, and was undertaken by Huagang Mining Co., Ltd., which was jointly established by Chinese enterprises such as China Railway Group Limited, Power Construction Corporation of China and Congo Kinshasa Mining Corporation. The school currently has 206 students, with two majors: electric power and automobile repair, and has become an important training base for technical and skilled talents in the local area. In the past, many students stopped studying after graduating from junior high school and chose to work. However, due to their lack of expertise, they encountered obstacles everywhere and could only engage in low-end jobs with low salaries and no technical content. In Kabada Village, not only schools are built, but Huagang Mining has built Basketball court, football fields, Farmers'market, village roads, water supply systems and other facilities for local residents, donated and installed 500 kilovolt ampere box type substation and is responsible for daily maintenance.
