Recently, Luzhou Municipal Health Commission issued the Implementation Plan for the Construction of Luzhou Five Heart Hospital with Medical Experience. The Implementation Plan proposes that in the next three years, public medical institutions at or above the second level in the city (including township health centers and community health service centers established as county-level medical and health sub centers) will comprehensively implement the "Five Improvements and Five Improvements" action plan and build "Five Hearts" hospitals. The "Implementation Plan" proposes to implement the action of "improving high-quality diagnosis and treatment experience, enhancing diagnosis and treatment level", promote hospitals to optimize outpatient service processes, improve inpatient medical services, improve basic medical support services, leverage the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and build a "reassuring" hospital; Implement the action of "improving humanistic care experience and enhancing industry image", promote the establishment of a medical social work system in hospitals, deepen doctor-patient communication, promote the construction of "safe hospitals", pay attention to mental health, and build "caring" hospitals; Implement the action of "improving the comfortable environment experience and enhancing the appearance of the hospital", promote the optimization of the hospital's medical environment, set up clear and eye-catching signs, promote the construction of "nutrition cafeteria", strengthen logistics support, and build a "comfortable" hospital; Implement the action of "improving the medical experience of special groups and improving service quality", promote hospitals to provide more convenient medical services for the elderly, disabled people, pregnant women, children, and build a "warm heart" hospital; Implement the action of "improving smart medical experience and improving medical efficiency", promote hospitals to fully implement appointment diagnosis and treatment, optimize registration and medical services, promote "one-stop" services for admission and discharge, accelerate the promotion of smart services, and build "worry free" hospitals. The Implementation Plan proposes to promote the in-depth and comprehensive construction of public medical institutions at or above the second level, implement "classified ranking, dynamic management", "annual evaluation, annual notification" based on the construction situation and evaluation results, and award licenses to institutions that meet the construction standards. For this reason, Luzhou Municipal Health Commission has organized the development of evaluation indicators for the construction of "Five Heart" hospitals with a sense of medical experience. The points deducted are divided into hospital services and patient experience. Among them, hospital services account for 70 points, with a total of 87 points deducted; Patient experience accounts for 30 points, with a total of 30 points deducted.
