It should also collect and organize textual records, pictures, physical objects, audio-visual materials, etc. related to the life of traditional Chinese medicine, classify and organize them, properly archive them, analyze and research them, and copy and backup them, And form a ledger. At the same time, the studio is also a grassroots traditional Chinese medicine inheritance education platform, responsible for cultivating academic inheritors for the grassroots in the jurisdiction. It is necessary to accept traditional Chinese medicine personnel selected by the local health administrative department to enter the studio for learning and become the designated inheritors of the studio. Adopting various models such as "one generation leading two generations" and intergenerational transmission to actively gather and attract outstanding young and middle-aged talents, creating conditions and mechanisms for cultivating academic successors and outstanding young and middle-aged talents. Build a team with high quality, reasonable age, professional title, and knowledge structure, relatively stable, and long-term involvement in inheritance work. The inheritance team should have sufficient time and energy to engage in inheritance work in the studio.
