On July 8, the press conference of the Report on the Implementation of the Rule of Law in China (2023) and the symposium on "Accelerating the Construction of a Chinese path to modernization Rule of Law Implementation System" jointly sponsored by the Chinese Society of Conduct Law and Central South University were held in Beijing. The press conference was co chaired by Dong Zhiliang, President of the Chinese Society of Behavioral Law, and Mao Junxiang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Law School of Central South University. Expert representatives from universities such as Renmin University of China and Peking University delivered speeches, and nearly 100 representatives from various law enforcement agencies, universities, and major media across the country attended the meeting on site, with synchronous live streaming online. Jiang Bixin, the editor in chief of the "China Rule of Law Implementation Report (2023)", pointed out that from the "Law Implementation Report" to the "Rule of Law Implementation Report", from the linear narrative of total scores to three-dimensional and multi-dimensional research, from the main creator of a school to the co creation of major universities and practical departments across the country, the "China Rule of Law Implementation Report" has gone through more than ten years, doubling its volume and content, and gathering experts. Ten volumes have been published, and a total of 188 independent reports and 100 annual evaluations of rule of law implementation events have been contributed. 415 people have participated in the writing of the report, and more than 100 leaders and experts have attended various press conferences and delivered speeches. The "Report on the Implementation of the Rule of Law in China (2023)" was jointly written by 38 experts from 20 famous universities, 7 practical departments, and a total of over 780000 words, presenting a multi-dimensional panoramic view of the objective situation of China's rule of law operation over the past year. After the press conference, the symposium on "Accelerating the Construction of a Chinese path to modernization Rule of Law Implementation System" was held successively.
