Various regions have adopted methods such as establishing separate institutions and adding signs to the judicial departments (bureaus) or their internal institutions to establish community correction institutions with independent law enforcement qualifications in accordance with the law. The number of community correction institutions established by people's governments at the provincial, municipal, and county levels in accordance with the law has reached 78%, 73%, and 68%, respectively. Through internal adjustments and local staffing additions, various regions have recruited and selected a total of 12000 specialized national staff for community correction, enriching the strength of specialized national staff for community correction. Promoting the legalization and professionalization of community correction, providing guidance for 580000 people in employment or education, conducting 350000 vocational skills training, organizing 16.98 million public welfare activities, coordinating and implementing 28000 people with minimum living allowances, 390000 people with contracted farmland, 120000 people with social insurance, and 33000 people with social assistance, effectively promoting the smooth integration of community correction objects into society and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests. Hou Yahui, Director of the Fifth Procuratorate of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, introduced that the procuratorial organs have fully fulfilled the legal supervision function of community correction in accordance with the law. Over the past three years, more than 260000 people have proposed written correction opinions for community correction investigation and evaluation, delivery and execution, supervision and management, education and assistance, termination and termination, and the adoption rate of written supervision opinions is close to 100%. Over the past three years, more than 9000 people have been supervised by relevant authorities to handle the execution of detention. It is understood that in recent years, as a major reform of the procuratorial way, the patrol inspection has been gradually promoted and steadily promoted in prisons, Detention center and other regulatory places. The procuratorial organs are actively exploring the patrol inspection of community correction institutions. As of the first half of this year, more than 1500 procuratorates nationwide have explored the implementation of community correction patrol inspections, with a total of more than 3000 rounds of community correction patrol inspections.
