On June 28th, the "Modern New State Owned Enterprises" themed forum of the 2023 China New Finance and Economics Annual Conference was held in Beijing. Wang Dianchang, director of the Yangtze River Ecological Environmental engineering Center of China Three Gorges Corporation and chairman of the Yangtze River Ecological Environmental Protection Group, said that with years of development, China Three Gorges Corporation has developed into a new state-owned enterprise with clean energy and Yangtze River ecological protection. Hydropower accounts for less than half or even nearly one-third of the business structure of the whole Three Gorges Corporation. Three Gorges Corporation is no longer a simple hydropower enterprise.
