On the morning of June 26, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council held talks with Prime Minister of Vietnam Fan Mingzheng, who was in China for an official visit, in the Great Hall of the People. Both sides should accelerate the negotiation and signing of the "the Belt and Road" and "Two Corridors and One Circle" docking cooperation planning outline. Deeply tap the potential of railway transport efficiency between the two countries, speed up border Standard-gauge railway railway connectivity, and promote port opening and upgrading and facility connectivity.
