Qin Gang expounded his solemn position and made clear requirements on the Political status of Taiwan and other core interests and major concerns of China. The two sides had a long period of frank, in-depth, and constructive communication on the overall relationship between China and the United States and related important issues. Both sides agree to jointly implement the important consensus reached at the Bali meeting between the two heads of state, effectively manage differences, and promote dialogue, exchange, and cooperation. Both sides agree to maintain high-level exchanges. Secretary of State Antony Blinken invited Qin Gang, State councillor and Foreign Minister, to visit the United States. Qin Gang expressed his willingness to visit the United States at the convenience of both sides. Both sides agree to continue to advance the consultation on the guiding principles of China US relations.
