To promote the construction of the Party as a great project and always adhere to the principle and policy of Party management and strict governance is a great innovation of our Party, as well as a great magic weapon for building the Party and the country, and promoting the Party and the country. Looking back at the history of the Party for over 100 years, the Party has united and led the people in continuous struggle. The Chinese nation has ushered in a great leap from standing up, becoming rich, to becoming strong. This great leap is a great cause for transforming society, and also a great project for transforming itself. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), we have taken strict governance in an all-round way as the distinctive theme of Party building in the New Era Party, put forward a series of innovative ideas, implemented a series of reform practices, improved a series of institutional norms, promoted the great project of Party building to deepen and develop continuously, and initially established a system of strict governance in an all-round way. Building a comprehensive and strict governance system for the Party is a comprehensive and pioneering work. In the past decade of the new era, our party has continuously deepened its understanding of the laws of self revolution, promoted theoretical, practical, and institutional innovation in party building, and accumulated rich achievements in building a comprehensive and strict party governance system. We regard the political construction of the Party as the fundamental construction of the Party and always put it in the first place. We take a clear-cut stand to uphold and strengthen the leadership of the Party, serious political life within the Party, purify and repair the political ecology, promote the whole Party to strengthen the "Four Consciousness", strengthen the "Confidence doctrine", achieve the "Two Safeguards", closely unite around the Party Central Committee, and achieve the unity of the Party. We regard ideological construction as the basic construction of the Party. We use the thought of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era to build our soul, carry forward the great spirit of Party building, and continue to carry out centralized education within the Party, so that Party members and cadres can make up for the calcium in spirit and stick to the spiritual home of Communists. We propose and adhere to the organizational line of the Party in the New Era Party, focus on the construction of the organizational system, strengthen the political and organizational functions of the Party organization, rectify weak and lax Party organizations, promote the comprehensive progress and integrity of Party organizations at all levels, adhere to the principle of Nomenklatura, adhere to the standard of good cadres in the new era, and strive to cultivate a team of high-quality cadres who are loyal, clean and responsible. We started with the formulation and implementation of the Eight-point Regulation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, corrected the "four evils" with the spirit of nailing down nails, resolutely opposed the idea and phenomenon of privileges, stepped on the stone to keep prints and grasped the iron with traces, stopped some unhealthy tendencies that had not been stopped for a long time, corrected some persistent diseases that had not been eliminated for many years, and won the trust and support of the people with the new atmosphere of style construction. We incorporate disciplinary construction into the overall layout of party building, adhere to the principle of strict discipline before the law, and strictly enforce the party's political discipline and rules. We promote the comprehensive strictness of organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline, and standardize the right of party members and cadres to perform their duties with strict discipline. We focus on early prevention of minor incidents, and make precise use of the "four forms" to make party members and cadres feel the strict management and love of the party firsthand. We have put system building through all aspects of the Party's construction, improved the Party Constitution with the times, focused on strengthening the Party's leadership and party building to promote institutional innovation, formed a relatively complete system of laws and regulations within the Party, built the "four beams and eight pillars" of the Party and state supervision system, and put power into the cage of the system, providing a fundamental, overall, stable and long-term guarantee for the construction of the Party in the New Era Party.
