Strengthen the basic elderly care services' bottom-up function, provide elderly care subsidies and elderly care subsidies for economically disadvantaged elderly people and disabled elderly people, and establish a regular visit and care system for elderly people living alone in empty nests with special difficulties. Jiangsu will also enhance its basic elderly care service capabilities, improve the functions of home community basic elderly care services, and build a "15 minute elderly care service circle". By the end of 2023, standardized comprehensive elderly care service centers in urban streets will achieve full coverage, and urban and rural community elderly care service stations will achieve full coverage by the end of 2024.
