However, it can be seen from the reports of disciplinary inspection and supervision departments at all levels in recent years that there has been a phenomenon of corruption becoming younger, which requires high attention and vigilance. Young cadres have not participated in work for a long time, and have not received organizational tests and work training, especially in terms of ideals, beliefs, political stance, ideological will, etc., which are not yet mature enough. Faced with temptation, one is prone to a mentality of comparison and hedonism, and is easily hit by various "sugar coated bullets" brought by power, ultimately sliding into the abyss of corruption and crime. These "fallen" young cadres often occupy important positions with concentrated power and intensive funds. Poor regulatory constraints are an important reason for its corruption. In the selection and appointment work, some places only pursue high education and youthfulness of cadres, neglecting our party's principle of "combining morality and talent, putting morality first", believing that professional abilities and age have evidence to rely on, while "morality" cannot be considered or taken into account, and there is no strict "political governance", laying hidden dangers for young cadres' future corruption. At the same time, from the perspective of young cadres who have problems, their units do not or rarely provide targeted education, guidance, and supervision based on the personality characteristics and growth patterns of young cadres. In addition, there are still some units that only focus on knowledge, skills, and professional abilities, with little reminder, conversation, criticism, and education for young cadres, and insufficient attention to their ideological trends and interests. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should focus on the fundamental plan of having successors and improve the normalized work mechanism for cultivating and selecting outstanding young cadres. Organizations at all levels should strengthen ideological education and political assessment, comprehensive supervision and institutional construction, incentive protection, and care guarantee for young cadres, promote them to establish the "high line" of ideals and beliefs, adhere to the "bottom line" of party discipline and regulations, and build a solid "defense line" against corruption and change. The most important thing for young cadres to guard against corruption and change is to hold onto their hearts, especially to make firm ideals and beliefs a lifelong task. Actively building a solid foundation of ideals and beliefs, adhering to the deep integration of positive guidance and negative vigilance, cultivating a culture of integrity, and strengthening ideals and beliefs. Strengthen the investigation of anti-corruption risk points, educate and guide young cadres to hold the helm of their thinking steady, and eliminate the concept of corruption from the source. Diligently dusting off "ideological dust" and pondering "greed and harm", firmly controlling politics, power, communication, life, and family relationships, achieving political loyalty, ideological purity, and clean work style. Good cadres are selected, and even more so, they are managed. Young cadres should be strictly required to be reminded and promptly "pruned" to make "sweating on the red face" the norm. Further weave a comprehensive regulatory "anti-corrosion net" to make the system a "tiger with teeth". Establish a dynamic monitoring system for the ideology of young cadres, attach importance to the supervision and management of "eight hours away", pay attention to the social and life circles of young cadres, and prevent the emergence of new types of "internet related corruption"
