In terms of facility connectivity, a large number of mutually beneficial and win-win projects have been successfully implemented, and the role of Trans-Eurasia Logistics in connecting China Europe logistics has been further highlighted. From 80 trains in 2013 to 16000 trains in 2022, the average annual growth rate has reached 106%. At present, the Trans-Eurasia Logistics has reached 211 cities in 25 European countries and regions. In terms of smooth trade, China's trade with countries along the Belt and Road has continuously reached a new level, with the proportion of trade volume with countries along the Belt and Road accounting for 34.6% of the total foreign trade during the same period, up from 25% in 2013. In terms of financing, the Asian Investment Bank, the the Silk Road Fund and other multilateral financial cooperation institutions have been established to provide diversified financial support and services for the construction of the "the Belt and Road". Over the past decade, through the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road", China has explored a new way to promote common development, so that all participants can gain tangible benefits. Firstly, it has promoted economic growth and employment expansion in countries along the route. As of the end of 2022, Chinese enterprises have invested a total of 57.13 billion US dollars in the construction of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones in countries along the route, creating 421000 local employment opportunities. The second is to promote the transfer of scientific and technological innovation achievements to countries along the route. Since China launched the the Belt and Road Initiative for Scientific and Technological Innovation in May 2017, it has started the construction of 53 "the Belt and Road" joint laboratories in three batches, built eight transnational technology transfer platforms along the line, and basically formed the "the Belt and Road" technology transfer network. Thirdly, it has promoted the green development of countries along the route. By the end of 2022, China and 31 co construction countries have jointly launched the "the Belt and Road" green development partnership initiative, training 3000 green development talents for more than 120 co construction countries. Currently, the global economic recovery is difficult, and the world's unprecedented major changes are accelerating their evolution. In the future, the international strategic game will spread to many fields, economic globalization will face huge challenges, and the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" will face a complex international economic environment. On the one hand, a significant and sustained slowdown in the global economy may severely impact the economic development and investment growth of countries along the route. According to the latest forecast from the World Bank, the economic growth rate of developing countries outside of China will slow down from 4.1% in 2022 to around 3.1% in 2023. Many developing countries will continue to maintain low growth in the coming years. On the other hand, anti globalization trends such as Unilateralism, protectionism, Isolationism and technology decoupling have intensified, and economic globalization has experienced a history
