Both sides unanimously believe that establishing diplomatic relations between China and Hong Kong on the basis of the One China principle opens a new chapter in the history of bilateral relations, conforms to the overall trend of the times, and is in line with the fundamental interests of both countries and their peoples. Facing the future, both sides unanimously agree to strengthen political leadership, promote exchanges at all levels between China and Hong Kong, strengthen cultural exchanges and cooperation in various fields, and become good friends and partners with mutual respect, equality, mutual benefit, and common development. 2、 Both sides unanimously believe that adhering to the One China principle is a universal consensus of the international community and a fundamental prerequisite and political foundation for the establishment and development of relations between China and Hong Kong. The Honduran Government supports UN General Assembly Resolution 2758 and reaffirms that the Government of the Government of China is the only legitimate government representing the whole of China, and Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory. Hong highly appreciates China's efforts to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization, and believes that Chinese path to modernization provides new paths and options for human modernization. Hong Fang recalled that on June 30, 2009, China supported the adoption of Resolution A/RES/63/301 condemning the coup against President Zelaya in the United Nations General Assembly, and appreciated China's support for Hong Fang in maintaining sovereignty and security and opposing foreign interference. 4、 The Chinese side spoke highly of the actions and positions taken by the Honduran government under the leadership of the first female president, Xiomara Castro; Endorses the measures taken by the Honduran government to promote national equality, uphold the rule of law and comprehensively combat corruption. China firmly supports Honduras in its independent choice of development path and independent development of foreign relations, and is willing to carry out exchanges of experience in governance and administration with the Honduran side, so as to provide help within its capacity for Honduras' economic and social development and achieve common development and prosperity. 5、 Both sides unanimously believe that the fundamental starting point and foothold of the development of China Hong Kong relations is to enhance people's well-being and promote common development. They unanimously agree to enhance exchanges between the government, legislative bodies, political parties, and local governments, strengthen governance, and learn from each other's experiences in the fight against corruption. They adhere to the development concept of putting the people at the center, and work together to promote the modernization construction of their respective countries. 6、 Hong Kong is willing to actively participate in the "the Belt and Road" initiative. Under the "the Belt and Road" cooperation framework, the two sides will strengthen policy coordination and docking of development plans, deepen exchanges and cooperation in various fields, practice the principle of joint consultation, joint construction and sharing, and promote openness, green and integrity
