As of now, more than 150 university teachers in Shandong have visited 309500 enterprises and expanded their positions, forming a employment work pattern where local governments, industry associations, enterprises, and universities are widely involved and promoted by all staff. Helping enterprises to alleviate difficulties and stabilize job opportunities is the main channel for college graduates' employment, while small and medium-sized enterprises are the main battlefield for college graduates' employment, playing an important role in stabilizing employment.
