Last year, the Guangdong High Court released 21 batches of 181 typical cases, including the top ten court cases and the top ten internet related cases, and added 442 new cases to the Guangdong court case database, further improving and enriching the trial case database. The People's Court of Nansha District of Guangdong Free Trade Zone has specially issued the "Litigation Guidelines for Similar Case Debate Procedures", which clearly includes the facts identified in the similar case debate procedures in the judgment documents, and clarifies the reasons and makes decisions on whether to adopt it as a similar case to ensure uniform judgment standards.
