The notice clearly states that it is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of the rule of law, widely carry out the publicity of relevant laws and regulations, organize and carry out publicity week activities to safeguard the labor remuneration rights and interests of migrant workers, distribute policy and regulation brochures, and hold rule of law lectures at newly opened enterprises and project sites. We need to unblock channels for rights protection, encourage the establishment of migrant workers' mobile workstations (positions), accelerate the construction of a one-stop comprehensive rights protection window, carry out the construction of a rapid arbitration court for migrant workers' wage disputes, and build a multi-channel rights protection complaint system of "letter, visit, internet, and electricity".
