The "Cooperation Rules" emphasize that the procuratorates of the four regions should strictly implement the integrated administrative prosecution case handling mechanism, and all member units in the area should work together and jointly promote, gradually forming an integrated case handling model with clear division of labor, close cooperation, and efficient collaboration. In handling administrative procuratorial and supervisory cases, the procuratorates of the four regions should substantially resolve administrative disputes throughout the handling of cases, strengthen the interpretation and reasoning of cases that do not support supervisory applications, do a good job in handling cases and judgments, and strive to achieve "the case is resolved and people are reconciled"; For applicants whose claims have certain rationality but are difficult to resolve through legal means and face difficulties in life, they can collaborate with the prosecution department to carry out judicial assistance, implement comprehensive assistance, and convey judicial warmth. The "Cooperation Rules" also require that when other business departments of the four procuratorates discover clues to administrative prosecution cases during handling cases or carrying out various special activities, they should promptly transfer the relevant clues to the corresponding departments of the relevant procuratorates, and the relevant handling departments should provide feedback on the handling results. The administrative prosecution departments of the four local procuratorates should strengthen communication and information dissemination, convene joint meetings in a timely manner, collaborate and research on matters such as the transfer of clues to administrative prosecution cases and case handling, promote the integration of administrative prosecution and other prosecutorial work, and fully promote the high-quality development of integrated administrative prosecution work.
