The Notice points out that we must adhere to precise pollution control, scientific pollution control, and legal pollution control, and strictly crack down on illegal discharge, dumping, collection, storage, transfer, utilization, and disposal of hazardous waste, as well as falsification of automatic monitoring data of pollutant emissions by key pollutant discharge units and other environmental violations and crimes in accordance with the law. The Notice specifies three key areas of work. One is to focus on cracking down on illegal and criminal activities related to hazardous waste environment.
