Adhering to true multilateralism and promoting coordinated regional development is a broad consensus in the international community. The Eurasian continent is the most populous, national, and culturally diverse region in the world. How should we take the path of Asia Europe cooperation in the face of a turbulent and changing world? This not only affects the well-being of the people in the region, but also profoundly affects the direction of world development. I have successively proposed the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, and Global Civilization Initiative, calling on all countries to work together to build a world of lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity, openness, inclusiveness, cleanliness, and beauty, and to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. This year marks the tenth anniversary of my proposal to jointly build the "the Belt and Road" initiative. The fundamental starting point and foothold of this initiative is to explore new ways of common development among distant relatives and close neighbors, and to explore a "happy path" that benefits all countries and the world. China sincerely hopes that the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" and the construction of the Eurasian economic union will go deeper and more practical, and that all countries will work together to create a new situation in Asia Europe cooperation. In the second half of this year, China will hold the third "the Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum. China is willing to work with the co founding countries of the "the Belt and Road" and the member countries of the Eurasian economic union to continue to hold high the banner of peace, development, cooperation and win-win results, share opportunities, overcome difficulties, create the future, and work together to write a new chapter of progress in a multipolar world civilization. The second Eurasian Economic Forum of the Eurasian economic union was held in Moscow, Russia, on May 24 in a combination of online and offline, with the theme of "Eurasian integration in a multipolar world".
