Organizing activities, successful experiences cannot be simply "copied and pasted"

Not long ago, I was transferred from the Health Company to the Fire Company as a coach. The first thing I did when I took office was to propose organizing a company basketball league. Drawing up plans, posting announcements, and improving detailed rules... Just as the preparations were proceeding in an orderly manner, Luo Xing, the platoon leader of the second platoon who served as the company's duty officer, reported to me, "Instructor, everything is ready, but everyone is not actively registering, and even the two participating teams cannot get together." After listening, my brows furrowed and I remembered when I served as an instructor in the health company before, the company's basketball league was the "appetizer" for officers and soldiers on weekends, Not only is it talked about with great enthusiasm for everyone, but it also plays a role in harmonizing the atmosphere of the company and strengthening the relationship between officers and soldiers. Luo Xing on the side looked at me thoughtfully and immediately said that he would do his best to mobilize his comrades to sign up. Subsequently, I assigned several tasks to Luo Xing, and after he left, I fell into a deep contemplation: why is the same league not popular in firepower? Just as I was at a loss, a conversation between two soldiers after a meal solved my doubts. A week of training is already tiring enough. I am looking forward to playing board games with a few friends during my leisure time, but I have to organize a basketball league in a unified way. Although the basketball league has a good format, the cycle is too long, and we cannot choose our favorite sports activities in the short term. "Listening to their conversation, I can't help but think of the difference between the firepower company and the hygiene company in terms of training: the firepower company consumes a lot of physical energy during daily training, So officers and soldiers prefer leisure activities to alleviate the fatigue caused by training; The professional training of the health company requires concentration, and officers and soldiers have high mental pressure. Therefore, people tend to prefer ball games to relax their tense nerves in sweating like rain. It is not difficult to explain why copying and pasting the successful experience of the health company to the firepower company has vastly different effects. Returning to my dormitory and looking at the "Basketball League Plan" on my computer desktop, I came up with a plan. I changed the title to "Mass Cultural and Sports Activity Competition Plan", deleted the original plan content and printed it out. I attached three blank sheets of paper and pasted them on the company bulletin board, with the following words: "The content is waiting for you to supplement!" When it was time for the company's independent education, I took down the plan from the bulletin board and found that three blank sheets of paper were densely filled. Subsequently, I read out these contents in front of the entire company of officers and soldiers, and worked with everyone to refine and improve them. In this way, a "Mass Cultural and Sports Activity Competition Plan" condensed the wisdom of the company's officers and soldiers was released. With a general framework in place, I lead the backbone to develop detailed competition rules and reward measures for different types of activities, so that the content of the activities covers all members and company officers and soldiers, and gains from playing. In the first week of organizing the competition, many officers and soldiers participated with a try attitude, and after the end, they all exclaimed that they had enjoyed it. They found that they were not only able to freely choose their favorite cultural and sports activities, but also able to win small prizes through fun competitions, and also enhance their comradeship through laughter and laughter, which can be said to be many in one go. The successful experience of 'copying and pasting' may not necessarily lead to success. Only by closely adhering to the actual situation of the company and mobilizing the collective efforts of officers and soldiers can cultural and sports activities become the 'propellant' of cohesion. In a grassroots leadership ability training session, I combined my experience of job transfer with the trainees to share this experience of organizing cultural and sports activities
