It is understood that the revenue budget of the Palace Museum in 2023 is 128.02379 million yuan, of which 195.354 million yuan was carried forward from the previous year, accounting for 15.26%; The general public budget allocation revenue is 675.245 million yuan, accounting for 52.74%; The business income is 140.5332 million yuan, accounting for 10.98%; The operating income of public institutions is 145 million yuan, accounting for 11.33%; Other income is 85.3675 million yuan, accounting for 6.67%; The balance of non-financial appropriations used was 38.7382 million yuan, accounting for 3.02%. It should be noted that the general public budget for 2023 allocated 675.245 million yuan that year, a decrease of 1100671 million yuan or 14.02% compared to the executed amount in 2022. For example, cultural tourism, sports, and media expenses amounted to 627.2285 million yuan, accounting for 92.89%; Social security and employment expenses amounted to 48.0165 million yuan, accounting for 7.11%. It is also understood that the expenditure budget of the Palace Museum in 2023 is 128.02379 million yuan, of which basic expenditure is 615.3746 million yuan, accounting for 48.07%; The project expenditure is 664.8633 million yuan, accounting for 51.93%. It is worth mentioning that the budget for cultural, tourism, sports, and media expenditure (category), cultural relics (fund), and cultural relics protection (item) of the Palace Museum in 2023 is 80.58 million yuan, an increase of 75.52 million yuan compared to the implemented amount in 2022. Mainly due to an increase in the budget for the protection and utilization of cultural relics under the central government. The financial allocation budget for the "three public" funds of the Palace Museum in 2023 is 2.8534 million yuan, a decrease of 3879 million yuan or 11.97% compared to 2022. Among them, the cost of going abroad on business was 863300 yuan, a decrease of 387900 yuan or 31.00% compared to 2022; The cost of purchasing and operating official vehicles is 1.7796 million yuan, which is the same as in 2022; The official reception fee is 190500 yuan, which is the same as in 2022.
