During separate talks with Alami and Hanin, Zhao Leji said that Morocco was one of the earliest Arab and African countries to establish diplomatic relations with the New China. Watching each other and working together is the original intention of the two countries' relations. This year marks the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Morocco. Both sides should firmly support each other, deepen practical cooperation, strengthen multilateral coordination and cooperation, and promote the in-depth development of strategic partnership. China appreciates Morocco's support for the Global Development Initiative and its membership in the Group of Friends of the Global Development Initiative.
