The Naval Non commissioned Officer School has established a legal aid workstation to optimize legal services and assist in safeguarding military rights. According to the PLA Daily, Shao Jing, "Thank you for the help provided by the legal aid workstation. The legal issues at home have been properly resolved." Recently, the parents of a student from the Naval Non commissioned Officer School called the school authorities to express their gratitude for the legal aid provided for resolving legal disputes. This is a microcosm of the school's active efforts in providing legal services and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of military personnel. The school leaders introduced that in response to the increasing number of legal issues related to military personnel and the increasing difficulty of safeguarding their rights in recent years, they have jointly established a military rights cooperation mechanism with the resident judicial authorities, signed agreements with law firms, established a legal aid workstation, and opened a "legal service hotline". To ensure the smooth operation of the military related rights protection cooperation mechanism, they also established a legal aid work ledger, compiled and printed standardized operations, improved management systems, and optimized work processes. At the same time, they have established a sound supervision and accountability mechanism to ensure that every legal issue encountered by officers and soldiers and their families is addressed and responded to in every way. We adhere to the dual focus of safeguarding rights and popularizing the law, focusing on improving the legal literacy of officers and soldiers and their ability to solve legal issues.
