Li Qun, member of the Party Leadership Group and vice minister of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and director of the National Cutural Heritage Administration, attended the event, and unveiled the new site of China Digital Group and the exhibition center for the construction of the national cultural big data system. On the same day, Dai Liumei, secretary of the Party Committee and executive director of CSG, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Opera and Dance Theater, China Oriental Performing Arts Group Co., Ltd., China National Symphony Orchestra, and China Coal Mine Arts and Crafts Group. Chen Shengli, the editor in chief of Zhongshu Group, has signed strategic cooperation agreements with the Wuxi Municipal People's Government, the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, the Inner Mongolia Zharute Banner People's Government, and Beijing Economic and Technological Development Investment Co., Ltd. Since 2020, Zhongshu Group has actively participated in the construction of the national cultural big data system. After nearly three years of exploration and practice, it has built 8 main databases and 69 sub databases, including the National Stage Art Audio Video Database and the Chinese Traditional Music Database. It has completed more than 137000 cultural resource data pieces, forming a massive cultural resource material of 6000TB. At the same time, as a project unit, I participated in the National Key R&D Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, established a digital management and application platform for art archives through the achievements of phased projects, and became one of the first batch of pilot institutions for the construction of national cultural big data identification bases and the first batch of trading entities for the national cultural big data trading center. The National Cultural Big Data System Construction Achievement Exhibition Center, which covers an area of over 700 square meters, showcases the phased achievements of China Digital Group in integrating and integrating digital resources, standard formulation and technology research and development, data resource development and utilization, digital content production, assisting the digitization of the cultural and museum industry, and building a national cultural big data collection base in a comprehensive and three-dimensional manner through several interactive large screens.
