After the Nansha Customs officers under Guangzhou Customs quickly completed the procedures for the inspection and release of the ship's inbound, outbound, and export goods, 335 standard containers loaded with "Made in Guangdong" such as LCD TVs, air conditioners, and electric fans were quickly loaded onto the ship. Then the ship "Zhonggu Yellow Sea" set sail for Türkiye, marking the official first voyage of Türkiye Shipping Company's Far East Line to Nansha Port. "This new route covers major ports in Türkiye, such as Aliaga, Gemlik, Gabuze, Ambali, etc. After the opening of the route, it will run once every two weeks, and be operated by three cargo ships with a maximum load of 25000 tons, which will effectively help Guangdong's advantageous commodities export to the Middle East region." To ensure the smooth berthing of new routes and efficient customs clearance of import and export goods during the May Day holiday, Nansha Customs has learned about the customs clearance needs of enterprises in advance, established a "point-to-point" contact mechanism with enterprises, and implemented the "7 × 24 "hour appointment customs clearance service to ensure uninterrupted customs clearance during holidays. From April 29th to May 2nd, Nansha Customs supervised a total of 25 inbound and outbound ships, with an import and export cargo volume of approximately 18000 standard containers. The efficient customs clearance environment and strong logistics demand are attracting new routes to continuously settle in Nansha.
