Cai Qi said that under the new situation, the CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning with the Cuban Communist Party, deeply exchange views on major theoretical and practical issues, learn from each other's experience in governing the country, tirelessly promote the localization and modernization of Marxism, constantly improve the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of their respective parties, work together to deal with various risks and challenges, and open up new horizons and make new contributions to the socialist cause. The CPC attaches great importance to friendly exchanges with political parties in Latin America and will continue to promote China Latin America cooperation, work together to safeguard world peace and promote common development. Morales stated that the relationship between Cuba and China is particularly friendly. Cuba supports and actively participates in the construction of the "the Belt and Road", carries out practical cooperation in various fields, welcomes Chinese enterprises to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation with Cuba, and will provide a good environment and conditions.
