This is the first national standard in the field of judicial and social work services in China. Lei Xingshan, Director of the Research Base for the Social Support System of Juvenile Prosecutors and Vice President of Capital Normal University, introduced that the national standard is based on the framework of the universal basic system of services, the service provision system, and the service guarantee system. It is divided into 15 chapters, clearly proposing the principles and ethics of juvenile judicial social work services, and stipulating the processes, contents, and methods of 7 main services in juvenile judicial social work. The national standard is of great significance in promoting the construction of the social support system for minors' prosecution.
