On April 18th, Vice President Han of China was meeting with Uruguayan Foreign Minister Bustello in Beijing. Both sides should jointly implement the important consensus of the two heads of state, take the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations as an opportunity to deepen political mutual trust, promote practical cooperation, close people-to-people and cultural exchanges, strengthen strategic cooperation, continue the traditional friendship between the two countries, and promote the strategic partnership between China and Ukraine to a new level. China will further deepen reform, expand opening up, and promote the process of Chinese path to modernization. China is willing to share development opportunities with Uzbekistan, support each other to independently explore the path of modernization, and work together towards prosperity and strength. Bustello stated that although Ukraine and China are far apart from each other, their bilateral relations continue to develop and the pace of cooperation is becoming increasingly firm.
