Affected by the COVID-19 and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, developed countries have paid more attention to the security and stability of the industrial chain supply chain, and constantly promoted localization, nearshore, ally and diversified development. As a result, the global industrial and supply chains are accelerating their restructuring. In addition, in order to curb China's development, the United States is continuously increasing its efforts to "decouple", and multinational corporations are exploring the implementation of the "China+1" strategy, further exacerbating the risk of "chain breakage" in China. Nevertheless, China has the world's most complete industrial chain and a super large market. As long as we maintain strategic focus and continue to deepen open cooperation, we can continuously improve the resilience and security level of the industrial chain supply chain. According to the World Bank's WDI database, from 2013 to 2021, China's average contribution rate to world economic growth reached 38.6%, which is 12.9 percentage points higher than the total contribution rate of the Group of Seven countries, and is the first driving force behind world economic growth. Despite the impact of the epidemic, according to preliminary calculations by the National Bureau of Statistics, China's contribution rate to world economic growth in 2022 is close to 20%, which remains an important engine and stabilizing force for world economic growth.
