China and Europe should maintain two-way openness, provide a fair and non discriminatory business environment for each other's enterprises, and avoid politicizing and securitizing economic and trade issues. The two sides should build a stable and mutual trust supply chain, link the "the Belt and Road" initiative with the EU's "Global Gateway" strategy, and help both sides achieve long-term and stable economic growth. China and the EU should jointly safeguard world stability and prosperity, oppose hegemonism and unilateralism, and oppose "decoupling".
