The relevant departments require that leaders and cadres of all units and departments take the lead in participating in voluntary tree planting activities, organize and mobilize officers and soldiers to actively participate, and fulfill their tree planting obligations through afforestation, tending, management and protection, identification and adoption of species, and donation of funds and materials. Combining the characteristics of camp types, promote greening and beautification in different areas, plant green plants by classification, and continuously improve the ecological and environmental conditions of military areas.
