On the 16th, the Information Office of the State Council issued a white paper entitled "Building the Rule of Law in China's Network in the New Era", which comprehensively introduced the situation of China's network rule of law construction and shared experiences and practices in China's network rule of law construction. In addition to the preface and concluding remarks, the white paper is divided into six parts, which are: unswervingly following the road of governing the Internet according to law, consolidating the legal foundation of cyberspace, ensuring the standardization and order of cyberspace, safeguarding fairness and justice in cyberspace, enhancing the awareness and literacy of the entire society in the rule of law in cyberspace, and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation in cyberspace rule of law. China's construction of the network rule of law not only effectively enhances China's Internet governance capabilities, but also contributes Chinese wisdom and China's solutions to global Internet governance. The white paper states that on the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country, China will always adhere to the concept of comprehensively governing the country and the Internet in accordance with the law, promote the orderly and healthy operation of the Internet in accordance with the law, escort the high-quality development of digital China with the power of the rule of law, and provide a solid legal guarantee for the construction of a powerful online country.
