Russia Launches "Ray 5X" Relay Satellite

The Russian National Space Group announced on its official website on the 13th that the relay satellite "Ray-5X" carrying the "Proton-M" carrier rocket lifted off from the Baikonur launch site in Kazakhstan at 2:13 a.m. Moscow time (7:13 Beijing time) on the 13th and has entered the scheduled orbit. The Russian multi-function "ray" relay satellite system was put into use in December 2015. In addition to the "ray - 5X" launched on the same day, there are three satellites in orbit, including "ray - 5A", "ray - 5B" and "ray - 5C". The three satellites were launched in 2011, 2012 and 2014 respectively.
