In this regard, it is suggested that while improving the legal and policy system, efforts should be made to improve the safety literacy of the whole people in AI to ensure that AI is safe, reliable and controllable. At the same time, it is necessary to further cultivate and improve the legal awareness, professional ethics and scientific and technological ethics of AI practitioners, guide technology to the good, conduct technology and product research and development under the framework of national AI safety supervision technology and policy, and maximize the role of technology to prevent potential risks. In addition, we can try to introduce a variety of science popularization methods, carry out AI security education for the society, and let the public understand the digital security risks brought by AI, so as to promote the popularization and improvement of AI security awareness and literacy.
