Open the mountain gate and expand the opening "circle of friends" Guizhou strives to build a new inland open economy highland
2023-03-13
The recovery of freight logistics is becoming stronger and stronger. In spring, Guizhou has shown its vitality due to opening up. In 2022, the import and export volume of goods trade in the province will reach 80.12 billion yuan, up 22.5%; The volume of cross-border e-commerce transactions increased by 180%; The actual use of foreign capital increased by 123.5%... The higher growth rate is the result of Guizhou's overcoming difficulties in opening channels, platforms and industries. From being approved to build a national inland open economic pilot zone in 2016 to being approved to build a new inland open economic highland in 2022, Guizhou has been pursuing a high level of opening-up to promote high-quality development. Integrating into the new pattern of "double circulation" development, Guizhou is coordinating the domestic and international markets and resources, actively participating in the construction of new land and sea channels in the west, actively integrating into national strategies such as the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, and the Chengdu Chongqing Double City Economic Circle, and accelerating the pace of going out along the "the Belt and Road". The "circle of friends" opened by an inland province is becoming larger and larger. With the increasingly perfect open channel, multimodal transport ushered in an opportunity. On February 3, after the Lunar New Year holiday, Guizhou Wujiang Water Transport sent out the first batch of cargo ships: 27 500-ton cargo ships loaded with yellow phosphorus slag from the Shawan wharf in Yuqing County, Zunyi City, to the cement plant along the river in Fuling, Chongqing. On the same day, Guizhou Port and Channel Group Co., Ltd. was inaugurated. This year, its goal is to complete 1.2 million tons of traffic volume and let the Wujiang River, the "golden waterway", return to prosperity. As the mother river of Guizhou and the main channel to the Yangtze River in the north, the Wujiang River, which has been out of navigation for nearly 20 years, will resume navigation in 2021, and is entering a new stage of normalization and stabilization development. Not along the river, not along the coast, not along the border. Guizhou on the map was once the checkpoint of Southwest China Unicom. Surrounded by mountains, Guizhou is not unwilling to integrate into the outside world, but is suffering from no way to go. For a long time, local foreign investment, foreign trade, foreign economy, foreign investment and other indicators have ranked low in the country. In recent years, with the improvement of the comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network of railway, highway, water transport and aviation, the inland hinterland of the "three not along" gradually shows the "three proximity" advantages of near the river, near the sea and near the border. With the whistle blaring, on February 16, a China-Europe train with 55 containers loaded with goods safely departed from Dulaying Station, Guiyang International Dry Port, and drove northward through the Sichuan-Guizhou Railway to Europe, leaving from the Alashan Pass and heading for Moscow, Russia. On the same day, Guizhou Province signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with COSCO. According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation around the construction of Guiyang International Dry Port, the construction of Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the expansion of supply chain logistics platform, the cooperation between enterprises and regions, and the innovation of smart transportation cooperation. Since the opening of the first China-Europe train in Guizhou on November 18, 2021, the number of China-Europe trains in Guizhou has changed from two temporary trains per month to one scheduled train per week. The coverage of the lines has continued to expand, and the categories of goods transportation have also become increasingly diversified. More and more "Guizhou goods" such as auto parts, electronic products, household appliances, and industrial equipment have gone to the world through the China-Europe train. Group as daily source
