The meeting heard the report of the Finance and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress on the implementation of the central and local budgets in 2022 and the review result report of the draft central and local budgets in 2023 made by Shi Yaobin, the vice chairman of the Finance and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress, and considered the review result report. The meeting heard Liu Junchen's report on the draft resolutions of the General Assembly Secretariat on the implementation of the 2022 national economic and social development plan and the 2023 national economic and social development plan, and the draft resolutions on the implementation of the 2022 central and local budgets and the 2023 central and local budgets, and considered two draft resolutions. The meeting heard the report of the Chairman of the Constitution and Law Committee of the National People's Congress, Xin Chunying, on the results of the review of the draft amendment of the legislative law by the Constitution and Law Committee of the National People's Congress, and considered the draft decision on the amendment of the legislative law. The meeting heard Liu Junchen's report on the drafting of the draft measures for the election and appointment of the first session of the 14th National People's Congress. The meeting agreed to submit the above-mentioned draft and report to the second meeting of the presidium of the General Assembly for consideration.
