Both sides spoke highly of the fruitful results of cooperation and development in various fields since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries 31 years ago, and agreed that the establishment of the all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Belarus jointly announced by the two heads of state in Samarkand on September 15, 2022 is of milestone significance. The relations between the two countries have achieved a historic leap and become a model of new international relations.
