It is reported that in the past five years, the 13th National People's Congress and its Standing Committee have adopted amendments to the Constitution, formulated 47 laws, amended 111 laws, made legal interpretations once, and passed 52 decisions on legal and major issues; Reviewed and approved the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" and the 2035 Vision and Goals, listened to and reviewed 182 monitoring work reports and other reports, inspected the implementation of 30 laws and decisions, carried out 11 thematic inquiries, 33 thematic surveys, and ratified 36 treaties. New progress and new results were achieved in all aspects of work. The heads of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance respectively reported to the representatives the implementation of the 2022 national economic and social development plan, the implementation of the central budget and the financial work in 2022. The Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the relevant departments of the State Council submitted written reports. The relevant report will be pushed to all delegates through the NPC Delegates Information Platform for their reference before attending the conference.
