This requires cultural and creative product operators to enhance their sense of responsibility and mission. They should not be market-oriented and profit-oriented, and avoid excessive commercialization and entertainment of product design. In this regard, the author believes that efforts should be made in the following three aspects to break the chaos in the cultural and creative market and promote the healthy development of the cultural and creative industry. First of all, crowdfunding platform and cultural and creative product trading platform, as important media for the promotion and sales of cultural and creative products, should establish a strict review mechanism. A platform access mechanism should be set up to strictly review the production and operation qualifications of the merchants stationed in the platform. At the same time, a product launch review mechanism should be set up. The platform should conduct a preliminary review of the advertising images and design documents of the products to be released by the merchants. For the products that violate the history and the essence of the Chinese fine tradition, they should be ordered to postpone the listing after modification, or banned from the listing, and prevent the violent, vulgar, pornographic and superstitious cultural and creative products from entering the market. Secondly, we should make efforts to strengthen government supervision in both directions and combine positive guidance with negative punishment. On the one hand, we should strengthen support for cultural and creative industries, introduce support and incentive policies, encourage cultural and creative enterprises to cooperate with museums and research institutes, create a batch of leading demonstration enterprises in cultural and creative design and development, and form a good fashion in the whole industry. On the other hand, strengthen the rectification and clean-up of bad cultural and creative enterprises, establish a "blacklist" of bad cultural and creative enterprises, and impose administrative penalties on cultural and creative enterprises that violate the administrative order. Finally, we should deepen social supervision, unblock public complaints and feedback, report and supervision channels, and realize early detection and early treatment. We should make good use of public opinion supervision, through in-depth reporting of chaos cases around cultural and creative industries, and trigger extensive discussion among the public, so as to express and transmit correct ideas and correct the negative effects that have been generated.
