Among them, there are not only the world's first high-cold high-speed railway, the Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway), which has been in safe operation for ten years, but also the high-cold intelligent EMU Fuxing in the northernmost alpine region of China, which has just been put into operation. Under the protection of a number of "antifreeze" technologies, "China Speed" is constantly expanding the operation territory of high-speed railway. The operation in extremely cold environment faces three major tests. In the middle of this month, Heilongjiang Province ushered in snowy weather. The highest temperature is around zero degrees Celsius, and the air seems to be frozen. How to "keep warm" the train that needs to pass through the severe cold and is covered with precision equipment has become an important issue for the Fuxing cold intelligent multiple unit operating in Heilongjiang Province. Tian Jingang, deputy director of the Rolling Stock Department of China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd., told the reporter of Science and Technology Daily that the EMU is mainly faced with three major problems in the extremely cold environment. First of all, there is the problem of snow on the bottom of the vehicle. When the train is running at high speed, the rolling snow will freeze at the bottom of the vehicle under the influence of low temperature. The vehicle bottom is usually equipped with equipment cabin, bogie, etc. Snow in the equipment compartment will lead to equipment failure, difficulty in ventilation and heat exchange in the compartment, and also easy to cause electrical short circuit after the snow water melts. However, a large amount of snow and ice in the bogie area will lead to mechanical parts sticking, vibration damping failure, brake disc and brake pad abnormal wear and other problems, which directly affect the operation safety. Secondly, the problem of low temperature antifreezing crack prevention of the car body structure and antifreezing blockage prevention of the circulation system. The condensed water freezes in the low temperature environment, which will cause the structural fracture of the key bearing parts such as the body sleeper, and bring great hidden danger to the safe operation; However, the water circulation system inside the vehicle body and the toilet water will freeze and block at low temperature, which will bring inconvenience to passengers and directly affect the riding experience. Finally, the train is prone to idling and sliding under low temperature conditions. When the train starts and runs at minus 40 ℃, it is easy to slip at idle, causing wheel set abrasion. In response to the above key problems, the Fuxing cold intelligent multiple units that were put into operation recently have been targeted and improved. In terms of snow resistance at the bottom of the vehicle, the Fuxing high-cold intelligent EMU adopts a newly designed side skirt of the equipment compartment, and is equipped with a "high-cold exclusive" filter screen. Its internal structure includes a total of 9 layers of structures, such as rhombus filter screen, gas-liquid filter screen, wire mesh, plain filter screen, high-density plain filter screen, etc., which can effectively prevent ice and snow from entering the equipment compartment from the filter screen area while ensuring the ventilation function. In order to ensure the normal use of water for vehicles and prevent freezing and blocking, the water tank, dirt tank and water pipe of the train are "dressed" in thick "cotton clothes"
