The peace deficit, development deficit, security deficit and governance deficit have increased, and the world is once again at a crossroads in history. We are in an era full of challenges and hope. We are convinced that the historical trend of peace, development, cooperation and win-win results is irresistible. Maintaining international peace and security and promoting global development and prosperity should become the common pursuit of all countries in the world. 2、 Core concepts and principles (I) Adhere to the common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security concept. The core content of this security concept is to uphold the concept of common security, respect and ensure the security of every country; It advocates attaching importance to comprehensive implementation of policies, maintaining security in traditional and non-traditional areas as a whole, and promoting security governance in a coordinated manner; He advocates adhering to the path of cooperation and achieving security through political dialogue and peaceful negotiation; It advocates seeking sustainable security, resolving conflicts through development and eliminating unsafe soil. We believe that only security based on morality and correct concepts is a security that is solid and truly lasting. （2） We should respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries. Sovereign equality and non-interference in internal affairs are the basic principles of international law and the most fundamental norms of modern international relations. We advocate that all countries, regardless of size, strength, wealth and wealth, are equal members of the international community, that the internal affairs of all countries should not be interfered with, that sovereignty and dignity must be respected, and that the right to choose the development path and social system independently must be safeguarded.
