In promoting the cause of rural revitalization in an all-round way, the construction of the rule of law has always played an important guarantee role. This year, the No. 1 central document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed: "Strengthen the education and legal services of the rule of law in rural areas, and deepen the establishment of 'democratic and rule of law demonstration villages (communities).'" Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction of rule of law villages has been steadily advancing. In the past few years, various regions have implemented the Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Rural Areas under the Rule of Law, and the legal education and legal services in the vast rural areas have made remarkable progress, which has provided a strong support for winning the battle against poverty and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. But at the same time, we should also see that in the process of carrying out rural legal education and legal services, there are still many areas that need to be strengthened and improved: some local law popularization work has not combined with rural characteristics, and simply moved some general law popularization articles and lectures to the countryside, which the rural people are dissatisfied with; Some local legal services are not innovative enough. They are not paying enough attention to the new problems encountered in the current rural development, such as agricultural science and technology, the Internet to help farmers, and the rural people feel "not thirsty", and so on. This year's No. 1 central document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a new major deployment to comprehensively promote rural revitalization, and also put forward new requirements for the construction of the rule of law countryside. Therefore, we should further optimize rural legal education and legal services, carry forward our advantages, complement our weaknesses, and better serve rural revitalization. In order to successfully realize the major development tasks in the field of rural revitalization, we must provide targeted support with better rural legal education and legal services. For example, in view of the "in-depth implementation of seed industry revitalization action" proposed in the No. 1 central document this year, all localities should earnestly popularize the law and implement the newly revised seed law. In addition, for agricultural construction and development tasks such as "promoting key agricultural core technologies" and "accelerating the R&D and promotion of advanced agricultural machinery", we should also do a good job in legal services and popularization of intellectual property rights and other fields in rural areas. We should pay attention to the new legal issues concerning agriculture and ensure the development of agriculture.
