The notice requires to implement the responsibilities of the off-campus catering units and the main body of school food safety, and urge the off-campus catering units and school canteens to be equipped with food safety directors and food safety officers according to law; To guide the school to set the bidding threshold, implement public bidding for bulk food, and centralized fixed-point procurement, strictly implement the bidding procedures, and establish and improve the introduction and exit mechanism of off-campus meal providers; We will continue to promote the "Internet plus" of off campus meal providers and school canteens, encourage family committees and others to participate in campus food safety management, and create a good atmosphere of social governance. The notice also requires that the anti-food waste work be carried out in depth, the reduction management of food in the procurement, storage, processing, distribution and other links should be strengthened, and the students should be trained to form a civilized eating habit of thrifty and cherish food.
