At the end of January this year, the 2022 annual good proposal of the CPPCC was announced. Lan Minbo, professor of East China University of Science and Technology and director of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Functional Materials Chemistry, put forward the Proposal on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education and Cultivating High-quality Talents for Industrial Innovation and Development. Lan Minbo is an "old member" of the 11th, 12th and 13th CPPCC National Committee. Over the past 15 years, he has submitted 43 proposals, ranging from promoting the sharing of large instruments, to strengthening the supervision of hazardous chemicals, to deepening the integration of production and education, aiming at and following the problems one by one, and promoting practical work with "truth" and "jargon".
