This paper focuses on the undergraduate teaching quality report of the 2021-2022 academic year of six national "double first-class" construction art colleges and universities, combing the experience gains and losses of art talent training in colleges and universities, and exploring the characteristics and trends of art talent training. Large pattern: professional and comprehensive universities have high standing, wide vision and broad development space. Among the six national "double top" construction art colleges, the Central Academy of Drama proposed that the construction of undergraduate majors should follow the concept of "big drama" pattern and explore the establishment of "Chinese drama system". The Central Academy of Fine Arts proposed to promote the discipline construction of the "multi-disciplinary art education system". China Conservatory of Music has built a Chinese music school and a Chinese music education system. From the perspective of talent training effect, the development pattern of the school is reflected in the professional level and comprehensive quality of art talents. The quality of art talent training depends on the professional level first. The Central Conservatory of Music pays attention to the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents, constantly explores the cultivation mode of top-notch innovative talents, promotes the pilot work of national education system reform, and promotes music talents to stand out. In recent years, art colleges and universities have made efforts towards the goal of cultivating "one specialty and multiple abilities" composite innovative art talents, strengthening the system concept, strengthening top-level design, and focusing on exploring and promoting the cross-integration development of art disciplines. The China Academy of Fine Arts has established the "four links" talent training objectives of "quality, art and science, ancient and modern, and foreign", and promoted the reform of talent training mode. The orientation of the curriculum system of "8 (professional basic courses)+1 (professional main courses)" of the Chinese music school of the China Conservatory of Music is that how high and far it goes depends on "8", and whether it is wonderful depends on "1".
