Thirdly, we should have a bright future. Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory believes that respect and self-realization are human's high-level needs. In recent years, Chinese athletes have frequently taken the lead in the gold medal list of the World Skills Competition and the total score of the team, which fully shows that there are quite a lot of people in the highly skilled workforce who have achieved self-transcendence
